Our Extensive Provider Network
LIBERTY Dental Plan has an established, growing provider network of over 5,000 dentists, including specialty care providers. All of LIBERTY Dental Plan’s contracted private practice dentists have undergone strict credentialing procedures, background checks and office evaluations.
Our knowledgeable Provider Relations Department conducts an ongoing quality assessment program to assure compliance with continuing education, accessibility for members, appropriate diagnosis and treatment planning.
In addition, each LIBERTY Dental Plan participating dentist must adhere to strict contractual guidelines. All dentists are pre-screened and reviewed on a regular basis.
