There are no monthly payments and no waiting periods for any covered procedure. The CA50 has the lowest copayments of all three plans. You must choose your Primary Care Dentist  and you must notify Liberty Dental if you need to change your dentist.

CA80 Plan “The Value Plan”

The CA80 Plan is comprehensive in it’s coverage and yet  it ‘s annual premium fits within the average families budget.  With Free Cleanings as a part of this plan, a family of 3 saves almost  $500 * on 2 cleanings per year per person.  After paying  for the premium you still  save almost $200.  Prevention has never been so affordable. There are no monthly payments and no waiting periods for any  major covered procedures. You may visit any  Network Dentist in the state of California and receive the same quality coverage.

CA90 Plan “The Basic Plan”

For Individuals and Families  that want Basic Dental Care Benefits and need a plan that will reduce the out of pocket expense for  Cleanings, Fillings, and Diagnostic Care.  You may visit any  Network Dentist in the state of California and receive the same quality coverage. There are no monthly payments and no waiting periods for any  major covered procedures.
