Los Angeles Medi-Cal

LIBERTY Dental Plan of California, Inc. (LIBERTY) is approved by the California State Department of Health Services for the Los Angeles County Prepaid Health Plan (LA PHP) Medi-Cal Dental program.

The Los Angeles County Prepaid Health Plan Dental program has been operational since 1994 and provides dental services to approximately 195,000 Medi-Cal Beneficiaries. LIBERTY is one of two new dental plans accepted to participate as of August 1, 2005.

LIBERTY has developed a comprehensive network of independent dentists who provide quality dental care for Los Angeles County residents. LIBERTY Medi-Cal beneficiaries and their families are assigned to a primary care dentist for basic dental services. There are no co-pays or premiums and beneficiaries have access to a complete panel of dental specialties.

Free Transportaion

LIBERTY offers free transportation to its Medi-Cal members. You can call 888-703-6999 to arrange for a ride.

LIBERTY representatives can help you in many languages including Russian, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese and provides over 150 other languages through translation services.
