Anne Weeks

Anne Weeks is LIBERTY Dental Plan’s President, Northeast Region. With over 25 years of experience in government funded managed care programs, Anne’s previous management experience includes implementing and overseeing Vytra Health Plan’s New York Medicaid managed care program for 13 years while simultaneously leading the Provider Relations Department. Anne’s leadership was instrumental in Vytra’s successful NCQA and URAC health plan accreditation in network management, quality improvement and credentialing. Other notable health plan positions she’s held include Director of Provider Relations at Senior Whole Health; Chief Operating Officer of Aetna Better Health’s New York Managed Long Term Care Plan, where Anne led the plan’s startup, development and implementation; and 7 years leading Healthplex’s Provider Relations Department in the tri-state area. Her background also includes work at the Nassau County Department of Social Services and the US Agency for International Development. Anne has 3 adult children, has been married for over 30 years, is active in her local community, and is very proud of her service as a Peace Corps Volunteer.
