Vice President, Member Services

Beth Tillman has over 35 years of experience in the dental health care industry with a focus on Member Services and Eligibility Administration. She possesses a wide range of expertise in the field including, strategic planning, systematic program analysis to enhance efficiency and developing methods for increasing customer engagement and satisfaction. Beth joined LIBERTY in 2009, serving as the Director and then Vice President of Member Services. She was instrumental in growing the Nevada call center as well as establishing LIBERTY’s national call center operations in Florida. In her current role as Vice President, Beth is responsible for the oversight and planning for all call center operations. Prior to joining LIBERTY, Beth held various positions working for Private Medical-Care, Inc. (PMI)/Delta Dental, including, Manager of Customer Service and she served as a business sponsor working with Information Technology and external consultants to develop and implement cost savings measures. Among them were development of a custom CRM system for Customer Service and transitioning touchtone technology to speech recognition.
