Vice President, Engineering

Dmitry has joined LIBERTY as Vice President of Engineering with a focus on expanding Artificial Intelligence, Data Products, and other advanced technologies while supporting LIBERTY’s mission. With over 20 years’ experience as an engineering champion, Dmitry brings strong technical expertise and his passion for improving members' experiences.

Before joining LIBERTY, Dmitry was a Senior Director of Engineering and IT Operations in Egnite Health – a digital health spinoff by Edwards Lifesciences. During his tenure in Edwards Lifesciences, Dmitry led global engineering teams to build and commercialize CardioCare Program – an AI-driven care pathway management cloud program to improve patients’ outcomes. Prior to Edwards Lifesciences, Dmitry led many engineering teams from startups to large projects which include the Department of Defense, the Department of Veteran Affairs, the California Insurance Guarantee Association, and many Fortune 100 companies.

Dmitry has a BS in Mathematical Economics from Moscow State Industrial University, and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Business Administration at the University of Illinois.
