Donna has over 25 years of experience in dental commercial and government managed care specializing in claims and utilization management, including over 15 years of staff supervision. Donna also has over 10 years of dental office experience (Oral Surgery and General Dentistry) in the front office and as a clinical dental assistant. Donna joined LIBERTY in 2018 as a Claims Coordinator and was promoted in 2019 to her current role as the Utilization Management Supervisor for the Northeast.
