Dung Ton

Dung Ton has almost 30 years of experience in the dental insurance industry in various capacities which include managing provider compensations and health care costs, developing and maintaining Medicaid, Medicare and commercial provider networks, improving processes to increase efficiency and accuracy and dental care management. She joined LIBERTY Dental Plan in 2010 as Director of Provider Relations in the Western Region and currently serves as Vice President of Dental Care Management and Analytics.

Prior to joining LIBERTY, Dung held various positions at Delta Dental of California for 20 years responsible for accuracy and timely payments to providers for the DHMO program, quality assurance, health care costs and implementation of process improvements and system enhancements to meet business needs for internal and external clients. Dung earned a BS degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Information Systems, at California State University of Long Beach.
