Jennifer Nguyen joined LIBERTY Dental Plan (LIBERTY) in 2018 and serves as Director of Member Services and Client Concierge in California. Jennifer has 10 years of experience working in the Medical and Dental industry leading operations. Her altruistic nature has made her zealous in striving to achieve satisfaction for both internal and external members. It was in her field work which involved helping the elderly population who suffer from neurocognitive disorders and down syndrome that began her journey in wanting to help others. Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fullerton (CSUF).
Jennifer’s responsibilities include being a staple when collaborating with business partners to maintain a lasting impression with our members, strategic planning and oversight on daily operational activities and ensuring compliance.
