Marc Couch

Vice President, Operations and Provider Experience

Marc joined LIBERTY Dental Plan (LIBERTY) in 2018, serving as the Assistant Vice President of Provider Relations. He has been very instrumental in helping LIBERTY utilize technology and tools to better serve both our members and providers. In his current role as Vice President of Utilization Management, Marc is responsible for ensuring that members and providers receive the highest level of quality in dental services.


Prior to joining LIBERTY, Marc held various positions working for Dental Service Organizations and Health Care Organizations, including Director of Utilization Management and Appeals and Grievances where he implemented new systems and processes which enabled his teams to provide higher levels of service. Among them was the development of a custom CRM system used for tracking and reporting Appeals and Grievances.


Marc graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix Arizona.
