Dr. Deren Flesher is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Flesher is a longtime Oklahoma resident and is a graduate of Duncan High School in Duncan, Oklahoma.
 
Dr. Flesher often provides dental care at events like Oklahoma Mission of Mercy, and through organizations such as Good Shepherd Ministries in Oklahoma City. In additional to local volunteerism, Dr. Flesher has also been on international mission trips, donating dentistry to those in need abroad.
 
In addition to his private practice ownership and background in clinical dentistry, Dr. Flesher has held numerous executive roles in dental organizations. From cofounding a dental software company, to serving as a dental director for a multi state long-term care facility DSO, Dr. Flesher has a wide variety of dental leadership experience.
Nicole has been an accomplished senior-level executive with a track record of successful strategic and tactical leadership within the healthcare industry, including over 21 years working in the Medicaid arena.  Additionally, she is a skilled attorney with over twenty-five years of legal experience.  She started her legal career in private practice and practiced extensively in state and federal court across Oklahoma.  She next moved to the public health care sector and joined the Oklahoma Health Care Authority which is a multi-billion-dollar Medicaid agency.  Ms. Nantois spent twenty years at the Health Care Authority.  She started as an Assistant General Counsel and eventually became the Chief of Legal Services and a member of the executive leadership team.  More recently, Ms. Nantois was the Chief of Benefit Appeals at Oklahoma Human Services working with complex public benefits issues and member appeals.  She has expert knowledge in providing legal and operational counsel for diverse  areas of health care, human resources and employment, HIPAA, contracts, administrative, civil litigation, and policy making.
