Sydney Lee

Sydney has been with LIBERTY Dental Plan since 2008 and serves as Assistant Vice President of Quality Management. She is a highly innovative, proactive quality operations executive with a broad and deep knowledge of the health care industry. Her project management skills have allow her to successfully interact with operational and clinical personnel to complete organizational objectives. Her extensive experience executing client contract and regulatory audits includes CMS ODAG, Readiness Review, NCQA, URAC, Pre- and Post-Delegation, CMS Data Validation, DMHC and internal audits. She also has expertise in implementing operational changes based on regulation compliance, and in developing policies and procedures related to JCAHO, NCQA, URAC, CMS, and state and federal agencies. Her functional experience includes clinical quality improvement, quality assurance, utilization review, project management, compliance, strategic planning, operational cost reduction, and continuous process improvement.
