A successful manager in the dental industry for over 20 years with an emphasis on team-building and process solutions, Tricia is passionate about relationship building and networking to encourage an integrated approach that continues to develop, improve, and empower our providers in their mission. She brings significant experience in elevating the quality of care available through the network and improving the member experience. Prior to joining LIBERTY Dental Plan, Tricia was Manager of the Dental Network for The Health Plan of Nevada. In this role, she was responsible for the development and management of the dental network including contract writing, negotiation of rates, cost containment and utilization management. Additionally, she updated policies to ensure compliance with government agencies as well as quality improvement initiatives
