Have 2020 coverage?

New and renewing members who have made their initial 2020 (binder) payment can login to LIBERTY's member portal and access their 2020 invoices, schedule a payment, download an ID card, check eligibility status and benefits - all through one portal!

To set up a Member Account, click on “LOGIN” at the top of the screen. Then select from the screen “click here to create a new user…” and select “Member” from the drop down.

Important: LIBERTY member numbers must include "-01" for the primary account holder. This appears on your ID Card.

Need to make your initial payment for 2020 coverage?

You will receive a letter in the mail that includes instructions. You will be given the option of paying online, by phone or by mailing in a payment. You can also access the binder payment portal here: https://service.healthplan.com/Liberty/binder. For assistance, please contact us.

I’m a member, how else can I make a payment?

  1. You can mail in a check with your account or member ID number to the address below.
