If you are covered under Medi-Cal, with LIBERTY, and have not seen a dentist as a LIBERTY member in the last 12 months, you may be able to receive a reward by joining LIBERTY’s Healthy Behaviors Program and completing a dental checkup or preventive care service in person or virtually.
