Los Angeles Medi-Cal (LA PHP) Dental Managed Care

LIBERTY Dental Plan of California, Inc. (LIBERTY) has been providing dental services for the Medi-Cal program in Los Angeles County since 2005 and currently serves approximately 500,000 Medi-Cal members in California.

LIBERTY provides access to one of the largest networks of independent dentists to provide quality dental care for Los Angeles County members. LIBERTY Medi-Cal beneficiaries and their families are assigned to a Primary Care Dentist (PCD) to provide recommendations for care and help guide members through the process of receiving the benefits necessary to achieve the highest standard of oral health possible. There are no co-pays or premiums, and beneficiaries have access to a complete panel of dental specialties.

Free Transportation

LIBERTY offers free transportation to its Medi-Cal members. You can contact Member Services to arrange a ride to your dental appointment. LIBERTY representatives can help you in many languages including Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Vietnamese and provides over 150 other languages through interpretation and translation services.
