Join Our Member Advisory Committee

LIBERTY wants to hear from you. Once every three months, we meet to discuss how we are doing and how we can improve. The Committee is made up of members, LIBERTY’s Dental Director and other support staff.

We are looking for members to join our Committee for the state you currently live in.

You will be a part of:

• Suggesting ways to improve programs and services

• Reviewing reports on the Plan’s quality metrics (service measures)

• Helping to set policies that affect you

You will receive payment for every eligible meeting you attend. Submit your information;

• The committee(s) will meet once (1) per quarter and four (4) times per year.

• Members will be compensated $100 per quarter and no more than $400 per year.
