Compliance Training Now Available (Required Annually)

 

LIBERTY monitors and ensures that LIBERTY’s contracted offices and their staff operate in compliance with applicable laws and regulations required by your contract with LIBERTY Dental Plan (“LIBERTY”).

Contracted offices have the option to ensure that all providers and other personnel complete LIBERTY’s required trainings listed below or other comparable trainings on the required topics within thirty (30) days of initial hiring or contracting and annually thereafter.

Step 1: Complete each free training module

By signing the attestation, you are affirming your commitment with each of the training topics below:

  1. LDP Compliance Plan
  2. LDP Code of Conduct
  3. CMS Medicare Part C & D General Compliance Training
  4. CMS Medicare Part C & D Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Training
  5. LDP Fraud, Waste, and Abuse Training
  6. LDP HIPAA Compliance Training
  7. LDP Model of Care Training
  8. LDP Cultural Competency Training
  9. LDP Critical & Adverse Incident Awareness Training
  10. LDP Affordable Care Act Section 1557 Training
  11. SIU Policy Reporting Fraud, Waste, Abuse & Physical Abuse, Neglect, Exploitation, Unlicensed Activity
