Electronic Document Access-Pre-Estimates/Referrals/Authorization Documentation Now Available on the Provider Portal
 
Dear Doctor:
 
LIBERTY Dental Plan (“LIBERTY”) is pleased to announce exciting enhancements to our Provider Portal where all communications including Provider Alerts, Member Rosters and Pre-Estimate/Referral documentation will now be available electronically. There are several advantages to electronic access:
 
• Access pre-estimates, referral, and authorization documents much more quickly and conveniently,
• No longer necessary to contact member services to have approvals faxed to your office.
• Once a decision is finalized in our system, the letter will be available to you within hours of the decision.
• Receive daily emails summarizing which referrals, pre-estimates, and authorizations have been finalized and are ready to access online.
• Access “My Resources including Provider Alerts, Member Rosters and other LIBERTY issued communications.
 
Currently, daily emails will be sent to the email listed on file. You may add up to 2 additional emails to receive notification that documents are ready, which can be specified in the acknowledgment below. Please be aware that the emails must be secured for receiving protected health information.
