Kristina Rovirosa

Chief Quality and Experience Officer

Kristina leads LIBERTY’s Quality Management function, California Operations,

the national Contact Center, and Customer Experience. Prior to her

promotion, Kristina served as Vice President of Quality Management and Vice

President of California Operations. Kristina joined LIBERTY in 2018, and has

a diverse background of over 15 years of healthcare experience with focused

expertise in managed care and operations, and over 10 years of quality

management.

Kristina holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University and is a

licensed Registered Nurse.
