How to Register with Covered California for Small Business

1. All agents interested in selling for the Covered California marketplace must have a valid license with the California Department of Insurance.
   
   
2. Licensed agents must first create an account with Covered California and then register and complete the training and certification program.
   
   
3. After completing the training and certification program, you may contract with LIBERTY through our California Application.
