LIBERTY Attends the Community Health Alliance Nutrition Fair
The Community Health Alliance (CHA) Clinic in Washoe County, Nevada invited LIBERTY on June 14th to attend as a vendor during their Nutrition Fair.
Other community agencies such as, Food Bank of Northern Nevada, Family Resource Centers, and Nevada Public Health Foundation, joined LIBERTY to provide educational resources and pantry to members of the community. Most importantly, LIBERTY’s Outreach team distributed approximately 100 adult and child dental kits combined to Medicaid recipients, along with nutrition literature to ensure a whole-hearty diet and overall health. While parents waited for their children to receive free dental screenings provided by our provider, CHA, LIBERTY also informed parents on how to access their Dental Home and schedule their checkups.
