LIBERTY Dental Plan Welcomes Megan Jagger as Compliance Manager
LIBERTY Dental Plan (LIBERTY) proudly announces that Megan Jagger, former Senior Manager from WellCare Health Plan, has joined its corporate team as Compliance Manager as of January 2014.
With 18 years of experience in the health industry, Megan will be using her wealth of knowledge to ensure effective compliance policies and procedures are maintained and updated company-wide. LIBERTY’s National Dental Director, Executive Vice President, and Sr. Vice President of State Health Programs will be working closely with Megan to ensure that client and regulatory audit and contracting projects benefit from her vast expertise in regulatory and compliance matters.
On location in Florida, Megan will be in a strategic position to assist our clients in the Eastern region of the U.S. while overseeing compliance matters, including state insurance department regulations. “We added significant strength and depth to our client services activities the day Megan joined our team” said Dave Meadows, Senior Vice President of State Health Programs. Megan’s experience in working with some of the Nation’s largest health plans along with her regulatory and contract implementation and compliance expertise will prove invaluable to us.”
As a graduate from Alameda University with a Master’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Megan’s broad education and experience in the healthcare field is a great addition to LIBERTY’s management team. Her extensive career includes successful tenures as National Ancillary Sr. Manager, and Vendor Account Management at WellCare Health Plan, and a Technologies Operations Supervisor with United Health Care. Megan holds a Nurses License from Monroe County Vocational-Technical School. Megan states that her passion is ensuring patients receive exceptional treatment for their health needs.
