Dr. Deren Flesher is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He received his undergraduate degree from Oklahoma State University. Dr. Flesher is a longtime Oklahoma resident and is a graduate of Duncan High School in Duncan, Oklahoma.
 
Dr. Flesher often provides dental care at events like Oklahoma Mission of Mercy, and through organizations such as Good Shepherd Ministries in Oklahoma City. In additional to local volunteerism, Dr. Flesher has also been on international mission trips, donating dentistry to those in need abroad.
 
In addition to his private practice ownership and background in clinical dentistry, Dr. Flesher has held numerous executive roles in dental organizations. From cofounding a dental software company, to serving as a dental director for a multi state long-term care facility DSO, Dr. Flesher has a wide variety of dental leadership experience.
Debbie Lindsey is a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation and  is committed to the development of relationships with tribes, tribal dental care providers, and community members.  She will work closely with the LIBERTY Oklahoma Tribal Advisory Council to strengthen and ensure LIBERTY's commitment to Indian Country.
 
Debbie brings to the position over 20 years of American Indian community involvement and more than 15 years of experience in business development and client relations.  Prior to joining LIBERTY Dental Plan, she worked as a Client Relationship Manager working with American Indian tribes across the United States.  Her past experience includes serving as the Director of Marketing for the Jim Thorpe Native American Games and Marketing Coordinator for the American Indian Cultural Center and Museum (now First Americans Museum).  She also maintains over 17 years of experience in the field of law as a Legal Assistant for the Supreme Court of Oklahoma, Oklahoma Attorney General's Office and Oklahoma Indian Legal Services.
