Edward Bynum has 18 years of experience in the dental health care industry, specializing in account management, product development and data analysis. He has been with LIBERTY for over 12 years and currently serves as Director of Special Projects, managing several of LIBERTY’s largest client contracts. During Edward’s tenure at LIBERTY he has held many responsibilities, including overseeing Member Services teams, managing the Claims Department and building claims referral and internal audit teams. He has assisted various business areas in attaining their organizational goals by developing and implementing streamlined business solutions as well as process improvements and is relied on as an internal process consultant to the executive team with regard to cross functional and operational decision making.
This combined experience provides Edward with a wide breadth of knowledge of LIBERTY’s history, internal processes, and overall operational structure. Prior to joining LIBERTY, Edward held positions at Delta Dental for over 5 years. Starting as a data entry clerk, he worked his way up to Health Care Cost Analyst, and eventually Supervisor of Claim Encounters before leaving to join LIBERTY. He has a track record of providing efficient and effective data analysis, assisting in any capacity required, and building strong internal and external relationships.
