Frances Scott

Director, Special Projects (Member Services)

Frances Scott has 12 years’ experience working in the healthcare and dental industry working with Medicare and Medicaid plans, specializing in member services, claims, process improvement, and call center operations. She has been with LIBERTY for over five years and currently serves as Director, Special Projects. During Frances’ tenure, she has held many responsibilities including call center operations as a supervisor, manager, and director, overseeing the Customer Care Unit and managing outreach initiatives for new enrollees. She developed and streamlined processes within member services to improve the member experience, employee engagement and to drive success with attaining service level agreements. She has worked with various departments in attaining organizational goals around outreach, grievance and appeals, access to care, and employee engagement.


Prior to joining LIBERTY, Frances held positions at Humana Healthcare/Care Plus for 8 years. Starting as a member services representative, she worked her way up to a Production Team Lead in member services, then claims research unit and eventually moved to Care Plus as a Business Analyst working with System and Provider Configuration.
