Georgann Brannon

Vice President, Human Capital

Georgann Brannon, Vice President Human Capital, joined LIBERTY Dental Plan in 2016. Since that time, she has led LIBERTY’s employment growth by more than double and still growing. Georgann brings over 30 years of expertise in strategic development of human capital and helps companies to realize their potential in their greatest asset, their people.

Georgann oversees the nationwide Human Capital teams including Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement & Retention, Total Rewards, Employee & Labor Relations, HRIS, Organizational Development and Communications. Her prior experience includes Senior HC positions in Pharmaceutical, Beverage, Finance & Professional Services, High Tech/Semiconductor and Entertainment industries.

Georgann earned an MS in Human Resources with an emphasis in Organization Development from Brandman University. Her undergraduate degree in Spanish was earned at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. She holds current certifications from Wharton as a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist, a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources from SHRM (SHRM-SCP) and an SPHR from Human Resource Certification Institute.
