Karl joined Liberty Dental Plan in 2020. Karl currently serves as the Director of Member Services for the Florida office. Prior to joining LIBERTY Dental Plan, Karl had over 25 years of senior management positions in the Customer Experience, Call Center Operations, Retail Banking, and Performance Coaching with Healthcare and Fortune 50 Financial Services organizations.

Karl’s responsibilities include driving the overall strategic and operational initiatives of the Member Services department. Karl also leads the daily activities while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, accuracy, and compliance. Karl is an alum of Claflin University.
