Lindsay Littlefield

Vice President, Strategic Development

Prior to joining LIBERTY Dental Plan (LIBERTY) in 2020, Lindsay built and operated a successful health and human services consulting practice for the past five years, working with dozens of health care providers, health plans, and state agencies across the U.S. Prior to this, Lindsay worked as a budget and policy analyst for the Texas Legislature, authoring dozens of published legislative reports with recommendations to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of Texas state government operations.

Lindsay brings over 14 years of extensive experience in health and human services policy, budget, and administration. Her unique skillset includes subject matter expertise in Medicaid, dental services, managed long-term services, acute care, alternate payment models, design services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and child welfare.

Lindsay holds a Master’s degree in a Public Affairs from the University of Texas at Austin and graduated summa cum laude from Wake Forest University. Lindsay is a 2002 Harry S. Truman Scholar and AmeriCorps alumni.
