Lynn joined LIBERTY in 2018, working out of Irvine. Lynn has more than 20 years of Human Capital experience with extensive, benefits administration, compensation, recruitment, leave of absence, payroll and recruiting experience. Her primary focus at LIBERTY has been on Human Capital infrastructure in building out our HRIS, Compensation and Benefits programs. Lynn obtained her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, and she has achieved the “Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)” and “Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation.
