Due to high interest in our Individual Marketplace dental plans, we are rescheduling February invoices to go out later in the month to provide our membership more time.
What happens if you pay late:
Your initial month’s premium (binder payment) must be received by the 5th of the month deadline to activate your coverage. A late initial binder payment will result in a refund and may require you to reapply through the Marketplace for a different effective date. If you have not made a payment, you can do so by accessing our website here:
TIP: Avoid lapses in coverage by selecting the recurring payment option! This feature is available when you make a payment online and only needs to be set up once. Once a payment has been made, please allow 5 days to process.
Active members may print a copy of their ID card by logging into our web portal, iTransact. This secured access allows you to: review your personal information, print an ID card, learn about your benefits, and search for an in-network dentist. Click Here to logon.
TIP: When creating your account, be sure to add the -01 at the end of your member number. For example: 1234567-01
