Dave brings over 40 years of top-level experience in the Health Care industry to LIBERTY’S Executive Team, specializing in plans designed for government sponsored programs. As LIBERTY’s Senior Vice President Government Programs for the last 8 years, Dave oversees LIBERTY’s Medicare Advantage (MA) team of experts that assure LIBERTY’s MA products are compliant and competitively developed and priced to meet specific market needs. His extensive resume also includes 13 years as a Vice President at Health Net overseeing the development and maintenance of California state sponsored product lines including Medi-Cal, Healthy Families, and Healthy Kids. Dave also served as VP Product Development with a very diversified, multi-state Fortune 500 managed care company. Earlier in his career, Dave bolstered his managed care expertise as a regulator responsible for the financial regulation and oversight of health care service plans in California. With this background, Dave provides a wealth of knowledge on managed care and ensuring that LIBERTY’s government sponsored business meets the needs of members and clients.
