How to Register with the Healthcare Exchange

1. All agents must have an active state insurance license and National Producer Number (NPN) to sell products through the Healthcare Exchange. If you need to look up your NPN, you can do so on the National Producer Registry.
2. Refer to the Resources for Agents and Brokers page on the CMS website for instructions on how to complete your registration.
3. After completing the above certification steps, you may contract with LIBERTY through our Florida Application.
